Several observations concerning the course of Strategic Leadership...
Dear friends, without any shadow of doubts I am proud to declare - hate that discipline!
Hate hate hate it so freaking much that even can't express myself now! Strategic dreams turn into nightmare, quite rest in my hometown appeared to be routine preparation to that exam.
And what I really detest in that subject is that specific smell of nonsense and trash that I even don't need to know, that glamorous way of generalization and abstraction with uncertainty in whole materials: whether it is slides, articles, books or cases. They are simply trying to deceive us with the preposition that manager's potential to express a strategic vision for the company can be taught. That stupid goddamn Oxford's lexicon, piecing me off! Hate! I came to the wrong place, unfortunately should admit that. I do not need to learn whole this stuff and nonsense!
Ok, mb I just a little bit exaggerate, and after all, it is can be the matter of your persistence, man, the matter of your drilling the subject, and now I am actually on the stage where you finally realize that all your comprehension of the course boils to cognitive distortion and need to accept your genuine feebleness . But not. They plunge you with enormous amount of useless fact and frameworks that you need to use, but after all this is only a bunch of abstract meaningless words.
Generally speaking, I do not like that subjects, that is all. I like to learn something great, something new. People all over the world explore new horizons, they blow my mind every day with the contemporary ideas and approaches, brilliant thoughts which you can easily see practical implementation. It can be observed in all industries : automobile, IT services, computer science, robotics and engineering, astronomers and astronautics. I have always dreamed to be astronomer, really, to explore new knowledge about the galaxy, dreamed to find life in other planets, to comprehend who we are and where are we come from .

Let's be honest with ourselves: SL is not a jot about new ideas even if we avoid that useless patterns and standards, lets pretend that the subject was more or less introduced in a good and sufficient for understanding manner(despite his slightly formal perfectionism, I don't have any complains, and who the hell me to have one). Even if it is so, the one slightest detail I can't ignore: what does Strategic Leadership about? What the hack does it mean: strategic leadership(that two words are so about management, they express whole idea of it and associated in my mind with the main concept of management. There are some other words that also come to my mind when I think about management, especially international management: bla bla bla, that is all, not a big deal, words about nothing ), contemporary strategic analysis. Man, seriously, sometimes I think that all that subjects just sucked from the finger(do the have such expression?) They trying to touch us what is the nature of the leadership, effective leader, implementation of new strategy in organisation, stop! This is all a bull shit, what next? we introduce such disciplines like: effective behavior for start ups, entrepreneurship strategic patterns, managing your friends, efficient steps to be a soul of the company. I finish, mb I am wrong and mb you even can easily prove it, but at least I tried to understand the situation and it seems to me - I am the wrong person to manage people if the management is all about this.
Brave and stupid
